The Vaults menu of classic and contemporary dishes by head chef Keith Brown is a medley of fresh flavours. Having learned his trade under Sean Penn at Birminghams very own College of Food, Keith turned his hand to a string of British and European eateries including Birmingham’s Bank and The Jam House. He is now sharing his inspirational food, finds and flavours at The Vaults.
Food is simply prepared on site with carefully sourced fresh British ingredients and accompanied by an impressive selection of wine and champagne. Our personable boutique restaurant is dominated by a huge floral display under feature lighting and seats 64 with views across the bar and galley.
We’re open for dinner from Tuesday to Saturday in the restaurant. We offer a full A la carte menu and throughout March we are offering 2 People, 3 Courses, £30 on this menu, available from Tuesday to Friday, all night (8 people maximum, Saturdays not included).
