We have a great reputation for food and drink. The restaurant served wonderful food in a stylish and salubrious surroundings but the style of food did not suit the noisy busy bar. We now need to have a food offering that compliments the busy bar.
This is not a Spanish offering but a selection of small tasty dishes, inspired by global ingredients. Still cooked and prepared by the same flair and imagination that the Vaults has established over the past few years. This will be great value for money, where you can have 5 wonderful dishes for the price of a normal 3 Course Meal....welcome to the new Vaults!
