THE VAULTS COCKTAIL MASTER CLASS
Ever wondered how to make your own fantastic cocktail creation? Book a Vaults Cocktail Master Class and recreate classics from the Daiquiri to the Manhattan, or simply create your own with the guidance of one of our expert cocktail bartenders.
Prepare for a mouth-watering journey through the tastes, aroma’s and stories behind a variety of classic to contemporary cocktails and even learn trade secrets of a few of our little gems, such as the Vespa Martini. With a unique opportunity to jump behind the bar yourselves and gain an inside perspective on the art and craft of the cocktail, the event includes exciting demo’s and gives you firsthand experience of the wide range of methods used in the creation of all your favourites.
Not only this, but as part of your welcome, guests will be served sample cocktails and receive succinct explanation of the history of the cocktail and the ingredients at your disposal. This is before getting involved hands on making and shaking to bring your own creations to life!
The Vaults Master Class is perfect as both a corporate team building event or a fun way to spend an afternoon with friends and can even be customised to suit special occasions such as hen nights or birthdays. We can accommodate groups of 8 to a maximum of 40 guests and the event typically lasts for 2 hours, depending on numbers.
The event is available at £35 per person which will include a selection of specially created canapés made from fresh seasonal ingredients. WINE TASTING EVENTS
Our team of enthusiastic and entertaining wine professionals offer a range of events to suit almost any occasion or budget, from light-hearted wine tastings to gourmet dinners. Whether you are entertaining clients, arranging a team-building event or organising the company AGM, we can help.
Have you ever wondered why people rave about New Zealand white wines or Australian Shiraz? Or how to choose a decent Chablis? In short would you like to increase your knowledge and enjoyment of wines?
We run a programme of tutored tastings with our fine wine supplier Connolly’s Wine Merchants, which aim to do just that. Here is how they work - on each occasion we feature the wines of a particular producer or region. Each guest has (usually) eight samples to taste. Our speaker will be an expert on the wines concerned and will talk briefly about each wine as you sample it. We also provide tailor-made tastings for your corporate or social function. These may be either a formal presentation of a range of wines from a specific region or a light-hearted games or quiz evening.
The event can be combined with a flavoursome 2 or 3 course meal from one of The Vaults exciting menu’s, which blend contemporary European cuisine with traditional British favourites. The wine will be tailored to suit the cuisine, making it a mouth-watering evening of sensational tastes.
