Owners Russell Townsend and Julian Brown share a passion for food and creativity.

Julian has lived and breathed the restaurant business since his early days as chef at the Malt House in Gloucestershire and Russell runs the award winning design agency Clusta. Together they created a home from home experience with the air of an exclusive member’s bar.
